I am always taking pictures of other peoples families so every now and then I like to step back and capture my children enjoying their lives.
It is so easy to forget to take pictures of our own families and capture the little moments that mean so much to us. I am always busy with work and sometimes having my camera on me makes me feel like I am constantly working but sometimes I just like to take it with me, chill out and snap at what’s important to me.
My family are so very important to me and they are the reason I am where I am. I would never have become a photographer if it wasn’t for my husband and I wouldn’t have practiced so hard if I didn’t have my daughters constantly posing for me.
My eldest daughter is amazing at spotting places to take pictures now, she will turn to me and say, “Mummy can we try there, that is a lovely backdrop.” She is so funny and I love that she enjoys being with me at work. She always wants to try new things and loves when I just sit watching her through my lens. Needless to say she is teaching my youngest daughter the ropes already.
Here are a few pictures of my babies loving life in Cyprus, these pictures are not posed at all and I have not set any of this up. I simply followed them all around with my camera and they did the rest.
